Hi, my name is Meg and I’m a 27-year-old living in Boston. Between working full-time in higher ed, attending grad school at night, and spending the rest of my “free time” working out, traveling, and visiting with family and friends, I’m always on the go.
Although personal health and wellness has always been a priority of mine, my athletic endeavors have changed drastically from a competitive year-round athlete to more of a casual runner and yogi. I’ve come to realize that with each new year comes added life responsibilities and slight changes in my every day habits…and that’s okay. The important thing for me is still finding the inspiration to fuel my passion and making the time to actively practice wellness.
