Hi, my name is Meg and I’m a 27-year-old living in Boston. Between working full-time in higher ed, attending grad school at night, and spending the rest of my “free time” working out, traveling, and visiting with family and friends, I’m always on the go.
Although personal health and wellness has always been a priority of mine, my athletic endeavors have changed drastically from a competitive year-round athlete to more of a casual runner and yogi. I’ve come to realize that with each new year comes added life responsibilities and slight changes in my every day habits…and that’s okay. The important thing for me is still finding the inspiration to fuel my passion and making the time to actively practice wellness.
Full disclosure: I am not a marathoner, a nutritionist, a personal trainer, a running coach, or anything of that nature-you should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. When it comes to your personal health and wellness, you should always do your own research and take the necessary precautions.
Meg in the Meantime is meant to serve as a personal outlet for balancing my life in motion and to share my experiences along to way; however, it is my hope that this blog may also serve as a great resource for like-minded individuals and a space to share health and wellness information, while continuing to grow the inspirational Boston-based fitness community. That being said, I am also not a sponsored/paid blogger-opinions are entirely my own.
If you’re interested in learning more about me or my mission, please feel free to e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org–I’d love to hear from you!
